The accommodation for Foreign Guests has been arranged at the Margalla Hotel, Islamabad. Delegates coming from other countries, on their arrival at the Islamabad International Airport, will be picked by the representatives and brought to the hotel free of cost. The accommodation will be provided for the nights of 22, 23 and 24th August, 2013 only and will be free of cost. Delegates arriving earlier or those who have to overstay after 24th August due to flight schedules would be provided free accomodation for overstay.

 

The accommodation for Local Participants from within the country has been arranged at the Envoy Continental Hotel, 111- East, Blue Are, Islamabad. For further information please contact Dr Muhammad Aslam 0333-5182765. All local participants will be provided shared accommodation (twin accommodation). The participants who would be arriving in Islamabad by air will be picked up by our representatives at the airport and brought to the hotel free of cost. The accommodation fee is Rs.1500.00 per person (Rs.3000 for late registered participants). The accommodation provided will be for the nights of 22, 23 and 24th August, 2013 only. Delegates arriving earlier or those who have to overstay after 24th August would have to pay by themselves for each night of their overstay.

However, any special and individual requests by the guests will be at their on expense. The material regarding conference will be handed over to the delegates at the venues after registration on their arrival.

 

A registration desk will be avilable at the venue on 22nd August for the delegates coming from abroad.

Lunches and English Tea/Coffee/Green Tea will be served free of cost near the conference hall on each day of the conference. A selection of dishes is also available for vegetarians. Dinners during the conference days will be at participants' own expense. However, the conference dinner on 24th August 2013 will be complimentry.
