| All participants are requested generally through this website to attend the conference and no individual e-mails will be sent for this purpose. However, if you are not coming to attend, please let us know as early as possible. We are looking forward to see you all in Islamabad in August this year. |

Transportation |

The pick and drop facilityl wil be available to all those who
are coming to Islamabad by planes and will be putting
up at the NCP Lodges. |

Our conference support staff, wearing special badges, will
be on site to assist you. Approach them, in case of
any problem. |

| Registration |
|
Registration will take place from 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm on your
arrival at the NCP Lodges on 5th August. Registration
for those who could not register 5th can register on
6th August from 8.00 am to 9.00 am at the venue. As
advertised on the website, registration fee is as follows. |

Foreign guests: US $ 50.00 |

Others: Rs 1500.00. |

A receipt will be issued. |

Each registered participant will receive a conference bag containing: |
|
(i) A conference name tag, |
|
(ii) A Programme Book, |
|
(iii) Stationary. |

| Breaks and Lunches |
|
Lunches and English Tea/Coffee/Green Tea will be served free
of cost near the Main Lecture Hall on 5th, 6th and 7th
August. A selection of dishes is also available for
vegetarians. |

| Conference Dinner |
|
Dinner is at participant’s own expense, except for the conference
dinner on 7th August 2010. |

| Internet Access |
|
You may access wireless Internet on your laptops. Please contact
administrators for using this service. |

| Airfare Reimbursement |
|
(This is for eligible persons only.) |
|
|
Payment processing will take place in the Secretariat Room
on 7th August 2010 from 1430 hrs to 1500 hrs. Please
follow the schedule and bring along copies of your: |

(i) Passport, |
|
(ii) Original receipts/invoice/e-ticket for air travel, and |
|
(iii) Invitation letter. |
