All participants are requested generally through this website to attend the conference and no individual e-mails will be sent for this purpose. However, if you are not coming to attend, please let us know as early as possible. We are looking forward to see you all in Islamabad in August this year.
Those guests who will be coming to Islamabad by air, please send us your flight information and travel itenrary as soon as you get your air tickets.

Transportation

The pick and drop facility will be available to all those who are coming to Islamabad by air.
Assistance
Our conference support staff, wearing special badges, will be on site to assist you. Approach them, in case of any problem.

Registration
Registration will take place at the conference secretariat from 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm on your arrival at the Margalla Hotel on 4th August. As advertised on the website, registration fee is as follows.
Foreign guests: US $ 100.00. (Late fee after 20th June 2017 is US $150.00)
Others: Rs 3000.00. (Late fee after 20th June 2017 is Rs. 4000.00)
Valid PakMS Members: Rs 2000.00. (Late fee after 20th June 2017 is Rs. 3000.00)
A receipt will be issued.
Each registered participant will receive a conference bag containing:
(i) A conference name tag,
(ii) A Programme Book,
(iii) Stationary.
Breaks and Lunches
Lunches and English Tea/Coffee/Green Tea will be served free of cost near the Main Lecture Hall on all days of conference. A selection of dishes is also available for vegetarians.
Conference Dinner
Dinner is at participant's own expense, except for the conference dinner on 5th August 2017.
Internet Access
You may access wireless Internet on your laptops. Please contact administrators for using this service.
Airfare Reimbursement
(This is for eligible persons only.)
Payment processing will take place in the Secretariat Room on 6th August 2017 from 1430 hrs to 1500 hrs. Please follow the schedule and bring along copies of your:
(i) Passport,
(ii) Original receipts/invoice/e-ticket for air travel, and
(iii) Invitation letter.
