Foriegn conference guests will be put up in Margala Hotel, Islamabad. Delegates coming from other countries, on their arrival at the Islamabad International Airport, will be picked by the hotel representatives and brought to the hotel free of cost. The hotel accommodation provided will be for the nights of 21st, 22nd and 23rd August 2008 only and will be free of cost. Delegates arriving earlier or those who have to overstay after 23rd would have to pay by themselves for each night of their overstay.

 

Participants from within the country will be put up in Hotel Marina International, Blue Area, Islamabad. They will be provided shared accommodation (twin accommodation). The participants who would be arriving in Islamabad by air will be picked up by the hotel representatives at the airport and brought to their Hotel/Motel free of cost. The accommodation fee is Rs.1000.00 per person. The accommodation provided will be for the nights of 21st, 22nd and 23rd August 2008 only. Delegates arriving earlier or those who have to overstay after 23rd would have to pay by themselves for each night of their overstay.

However, any special and individual requests by the guests will be at their on expense. The material regarding conference will be handed over to the delegates at the hotels after registration on their arrival.

 

A registration desk will be avilable at the hotel on Friday, 21st August, for the delegates coming from abroad. Similarly a registration desk will also be available at Hotel/Motel on 21st August for those delegates coming from outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Lunches and English Tea/Coffee/Green Tea will be served free of cost in the conference hall on each day from 22nd to 24th August. A selection of dishes is also available for vegetarians. Dinners during the conference days will be at participants' own expense. However, the conference dinner on 23rd August 2008 will be complimentry.
