| All participants are requested generally through this website to attend the conference and no individual e-mails will be sent for this purpose. However, if you are not coming to attend, please let us know as early as possible. We are looking forward to see you all in Islamabad in August this year. |

Transportation |
|
If you are staying at Hotel Marina International complimentary transfer (by bus) between the hotel and the venue of the conference, that is Hotel Margala, are provided daily from 22-24 August. Please be early, as the buses are not allowed to wait for too long. The hotel will provide pick and drop facility to those who are coming to Islamabad by planes and will be putting up at the hotels. |

| Registration |
|
Registration will take place from 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm on your arrival at the Hotel Marina International and Hotel Margala on 21st August. Registration for those who could not register on 21st can register on 22nd August from 8.00 am to 9.00 am at Hotel Margala’s lobby. As advertised on the website, registration fee is as follows. |

Each registered participant will receive a conference bag containing: |

(i) A conference name tag, |
|
(ii) A Programme Book, |

| Breaks and Lunches |
|
Lunches and English Tea/Coffee/Green Tea will be served free of cost in the Main Lecture Hall on 22nd, 23rd and 24th August. A selection of dishes is also available for vegetarians. |

| Conference Dinner |
|
Dinner is at participant’s own expense, except for the conference dinner on 23rd August 2008. |
